  • What is the current condition of the piano, loose veneer, cracked legs, dry rot screw holes. We will also check before moving
  • Not responsible for damages beyond our control such as condition of piano or quality of building materials and design structure of residence.
  • You may want to have coaster to minimize floor/carpet damage resulting from the piano wheels.  Hardware stores have a smooth bottom caster for carpets and coaster with a felt/cloth bottom for hard wood floors
  • It may not be possible to place a piano squarely in the corner of a room if coaster are under the piano because the coaster may not slide in place with the piano
  • Sometimes a crane may have to be hired to help in the moves
  • Know exactly where you want your piano placed
  • Have a clear path for delivery
  • Please remove snow from walkways porches or path need for a safe delivery
  • Moves may require a 3rd person at an additional charge. 
  • Our dollies have soft rubber wheels,and will not damage your floor but will pick up dust from the trip in from  the truck
  • There are some moves that can but should not be done for safety reason.    If possible we would like to get pictures and measurement or if we are in the area we will stop by to look at a move
  • Please empty water if your piano has a damp chasen system
  • We can also recommend other movers
