• What style of piano do you have?
  - spinet and small upright  less than 48" tall
  - large vertical taller than 48",
  - small grand's 6' or less
  - large grand longer than 6' ,
  - or player piano with pedal
• Does your piano have a Piano Disc or similar items along with speakers attached to the piano
• What cities are involved
  
• What is the resting locations of the piano first floor, second floor or basement
  
• Where are steps and how many
  
• Is the house a split level
  
• Are the inside stairs wood are carpet
  
• Is there a cleared and paved access from the driveway to the house or around the house if it is to be delivered  in a lower back entrance
  
• Is there enough clearance from trees and fences for our truck  8' wide and 11'high 24' long
• Are there any know streets where trucks are prohibited to get to your residence
• Would it be acceptable to drive the truck on the lawn for a safer removal/delivery
  
• If step are involved is it a straight shot up/down or are there turns involved.  Are there any low ceilings. Is there a combination of a stairs, turn and low ceiling at the same point.
  
• Has the house been remolded since the piano has been there that may prevent delivery or removal
