- Offer pricing discounts

We will evaluate the current condition of the piano with you and give you a copy.
The average time to load and unload a piano with only a couple of steps is an hour at each location.
Your piano is insured while we are loading,unloading and during transit.
Your property is also insured if we have a problem.
HOWEVER………….we do not cover damages or take any responsibility for the quality of construction, design or materials of the dwelling. (cracked tile or floors/ stair damage due to the weight of the piano).
We will charge extra for:
- 56" tall vertical pianos
- hardwood finished stairs inside residence
- Player pianos
- white carpets
What you do………………………….
- Know where the piano is going and buy caster cups for either a carpet or wood floor
- Remove all obstacles (especially snow from walks and stairs)
- Payment in check or cash is expected when finished.
- Placing area rugs under the piano are an extra charge.
- SCHEDULE A TUNING AND SERVICE APPOITMENT 2-3 WEEKS AFTER DELIVERY (yes we do!)
